Return & Refund Policy – StickDrifter

Thank you for shopping with StickDrifter! We aim to provide products you'll love — but if something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received them.
• In their original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. No Returns for Change of Mind or Customer Damage

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product. We also do not offer refunds or returns if the product was damaged, misused, or broken after delivery due to customer handling. Refunds and returns are limited to the situations described in this policy (defective, damaged-on-arrival, or incorrect items, and the EU withdrawal right in Section 4).

3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we'll cover the return shipping cost or provide a free return label. For other eligible returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

4. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll offer a replacement or a full refund. Please include:

• A clear photo of the item and packaging
• Your order number and a brief explanation

If you purchased the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee add-on, the standard 14-day window for products that arrived damaged is extended to 30 days from the date of delivery.

5. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If your order ships to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. You'll be refunded once the product is returned in unused condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

6. Add-On Protections (Insured Shipping & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

Insured Shipping and the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee are optional add-on services purchased at checkout, separate from the physical product. If you have the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the 14-day window for reporting a damaged product (Section 4) is extended to 30 days from delivery.

• Outside the European Union: these add-ons are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of whether you use them or return the underlying product.
• Within the European Union: these add-ons are treated as service contracts under EU law and may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase in line with Section 5, unless you separately provided express consent for immediate performance at checkout.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:

• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
• Used products, or items not in their original condition
• Items damaged due to change of mind, misuse, or customer handling after delivery
• Insured Shipping and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee add-ons (see Section 6)

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at stickdrifterstore@gmail.com.

9. How to Start a Return

Email us at stickdrifterstore@gmail.com with:

• Your full name and order number
• The reason for your return
• Photo evidence (if the item is defective or damaged)

We'll guide you through the next steps and provide the return label or address.
